- Pet rent of 35$ per pet per month
- Security deposit - $2350
- Tenant pays all utilities (will be on tenant(s)' name) - water, trash, dominion power, Verizon Fios.
- Tenant is responsible for the lawn and landscape maintenance
- Tenant is responsible for changing air filters every 3 months
- Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed.
- Tenant is responsible for reporting any issue with the property within 10 days of move-in
- Tenant is required to provide renter's insurance policy coverage document after 30 days after moved in
Flexible to start lease as soon as July 1st.

- Subject to application process: Credit check, rental background check, income verification, eviction and liens check, etc.
