It is a brief 6-minute walk to the Cabriolet Lift at the Park City Mountain Resort and residents can enjoy access to the Redpine amenities that include a clubhouse, 3 pools - one of which is heated for winter use - 2 hot tubs - 1 indoor, 1 outdoor - locker rooms, a sauna, and tennis courts. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $5,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12-month lease only.
UTILITIES: The owner pays for basic cable TV and basic internet (Xfinity). An internet router will be provided but the resident is responsible to pay for and pickup a cable box. The resident will also be responsible to pay for electricity, gas, water, sewer, premium cable tv (optional), premium internet (optional), and landline phone (optional). The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the deck, as well as maintaining the water softener salt, and replacing water filters. . The resident will be expected to use the owner's housekeeper and pay for professional cleaning every 2 weeks. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
