MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
1. All Occupants/Residents over the age of 18 must complete a separate application.
2. An application fee of $50 per adult applicant is required with each submitted application.
3. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
4. Valid government-issued I.D.
5. Valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
6. Provide three (3) years of previous landlord or rental history (if applicable)
7. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords.
8. Provide proof of Income - 2 most recent pay stubs or letter from employer or accountant.
9. The combined gross income of all persons living in the unit must be three times the monthly rental rate. All income must be from a verifiable source; unverifiable income will not be considered.
10. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom
