This is a pet free home. No pets of any type are permitted in the home or anywhere on the property.

LEASE INITIATION FEE (One-Time): $150

APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
• $40 fee per adult 18+.
• Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
• Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
• Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
• Will required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
