Maintenance is terrible. Constant trouble with hot water, didn’t have A/C for 4 months (April-July)
1. The pools have been closed all summer thus far. 2 I have requested to have my entry door replaced or a kick plate put on. Also I've asked for weather stripping placed and a new threshold. Nothings been done. 3. Water has been turned off several times. I have found roaches in my apartment. The cabinet doors Kitchen/bathroom are warped, will not completely close. And look like they have been chewed up. I was not shown my apartment, but a larger, nicer one. The day I was to move in is the 1st time to see it. People need to see the apartment they're moving into and before a lease is signed.
