Verified residentReview source: verified residentWe have had a broken dishwasher for the 2 years of living here. We didn't get service for our bathtub until the bottom apartments ceiling caved in and they had no choice to help us then. And we need a toilet replaced but they just keep changing the little part that seals the water from continuing to flow inside the tank of the toilet. The tank is warped no matter how many times you replace that small piece it won't fix it. So I'm paying 200 dollars for water because they don't have the finances to replace a toilet.
