No pets...no exception. Access to a wonderful POA park filled with beautiful oak trees, picnic areas, event center, & access to the lake (swimming etc.). No boat ramp access. Golf- Horseshoe Bay is a top golfing area.The resort offers memberships to their courses (Slickrock, Ram Rock, Apple Rock and Summit).Blue Lake Golf Course is a nice course that is public w/ memberships available. Gyms/Fitness (Marble Falls) - The Athletic Club, Awaken Women's Fitness, Anytime Fitness Pickleball - Horseshoe Bay has 2 public courts 5 mins. from Condo.No smoking, no pets;Violation is grounds for lease termination.
