Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe townhouse I want is rather high to not be updated. Carpet downstairs is not modern. It had a smell to it. I really liked layout of apartment and would love it more if updated some and price were better.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe post office refuses to deliver packages to our doors, the front office knows this: yet they also refuse to accept packages for tenants. When I moved in, the maintenance man living under me was banging on my ceiling and complaining of ‘smells’, then monitored me as I left me apartment and tattled to the staff about what he thought I was doing while walking down my stairs, I am concerned that he is controlling those around him who pay rent. The drawers and cabinets all need to be sanded and restained. But at the same time
