The post office refuses to deliver packages to our doors, the front office knows this: yet they also refuse to accept packages for tenants. When I moved in, the maintenance man living under me was banging on my ceiling and complaining of ‘smells’, then monitored me as I left me apartment and tattled to the staff about what he thought I was doing while walking down my stairs, I am concerned that he is controlling those around him who pay rent. The drawers and cabinets all need to be sanded and restained. But at the same time

Management was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. They stole money at move out from us and refused to even answer our phone calls. I can’t believe the property manager is still employed there- Vanessa.
