A lease and references are required. A credit/background check will be done as part of the qualification process (the application fee is $45 per adult or we take Zillow/Avail apps). Applicants must be able to show proof of making a monthly income of at least three times the rent via employment or retirement funds.

Tenants are responsible for water, electricity, natural gas, cable, and lawn/landscaping care. (Garbage and sewer are included.) Most pets are allowed, they cost an additional $25 per month per pet.
