Management is shady, unprofessional and switch your lease. Package deal one signs up but than management not ready for you and while you busy moving they give you the lease with different amount (more) and changes the stay
Don’t expect to use the pools much! They’ll be closed 80% of the summer. Management hardly exists, our first 2 weeks was impossible getting anything figured out because no one wanted to respond to phone calls or emails, and I hated having to go to the office all of the time just for them to tell me “someone will give you a call” and then have to go back the next day because the call was never made! It’s ridiculously overpriced, especially for the outdated structure, and how disgusting the buildings are. We pay for pest control so WHY is our building invested with ants? Why are WE having to spend more money to keep the ants at bay in our apartment because they’re coming in from holes in the fireplace and cracks in the door. My friend came over for 2 hours the other day and parked under a tree next to our building and had so many ants on her car that they started crawling inside of it. It’s insane
