We only rent to families and adults over the age of 25. This condo is not pet-friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals and is available from November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1,350 per month, the security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
