Beautiful 2BR-2.5BA townhome in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Southland Haven is located between Business 17 and Bypass 17 on 67th Ave N. Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The townhouse is a cozy 1,050 sqft with vinyl plank flooring tile throughout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bathroom on the first floor. Outside is a fenced courtyard for privacy and attached storage. Basic cable and water included. This is carefree living with no yard work, close to the beach, and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. MINIMUM 12 month lease required. NO SMOKING NO PETS To be contacted for a showing, you must fill out a Showing Request Form: https://www.kspropertymanagement.com/showing-request NO SHOWINGS without submitted Showing Request. Once your form has been received, we will be in touch as soon as possible during business hours if you fit the renter requirements. APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH US AND VIEWED THE HOME. The Request to View form is NOT an application. This is a pre-screening. At the time of application, we perform a full credit, criminal, and rental history screening. *Past evictions and unsettled landlord/tenant disputes are an automatic decline, no exceptions. You must have verifiable current employment, and income must be a minimum of 2 1/2 times the rent. We require at least two rental references. We will review your credit history for several factors (debt/income ratios, history of payments, longevity, types of accounts in derogatory standing). We can sometimes approve applicants with marginal or limited credit history with a co-signer and/or double deposit. High likelihood of denial: not meeting the minimum score of 650; poor credit scores with lots of recent delinquencies and/or charge-offs; any monies owed to past landlords; unpaid utility accounts; excessive recent charge-offs/collections. Please be upfront with us so we can let you know what we can work with. *We cannot approve applications with convictions on file for violent crimes, sexual crimes, or the illegal manufacture and/or distribution of a controlled substance. If an applicant is listed on the sex offender registry, this will result in an automatic decline.
