The townhouse is a cozy 1,050 sqft with vinyl plank flooring tile throughout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bathroom on the first floor. Outside is a fenced courtyard for privacy and attached storage. Basic cable and water included. This is carefree living with no yard work, close to the beach, and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. MINIMUM 12 month lease required. We can sometimes approve applicants with marginal or limited credit history with a co-signer and/or double deposit. High likelihood of denial: not meeting the minimum score of 650; poor credit scores with lots of recent delinquencies and/or charge-offs; any monies owed to past landlords; unpaid utility accounts; excessive recent charge-offs/collections.
