The home features unfurnished bedrooms and will feature a furnished common area.

Master bedroom will be available in September for $950 unfurnished. Bedroom will be $750 also available in September.

The current residents are a Navy service member, a plane mechanic at Boeing, a storage unit manager.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Respond to this post and ask for a pre-application. I will send a pre-application. After being screened, you will be invited to apply using a standard credit/criminal background application through a 3rd party website. There is a fee associated with the application, which is why we do the pre-application first. There is a $50 move-in fee. Security deposit of one-month's rent required. Showings of the home can be arranged after the pre-application is completed. As in most co-living situations, there are codified house rules that dictate simple things like noise, guests, and cleaning so that everyone feels a part of the community!

No pets or animals, we're sorry! This is an extremely quiet neighborhood where you'll have a lot of privacy both inside and outside the house. The neighbors are wonderful and there are occasional community events and am amazing community pool! Plenty of room for storage in this house! A high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the house to provide a great place to live for all roommates!

This home is located in Ladson, which is an ideal location due to its proximity to many areas of Charleston. Its proximity to I-26 makes it a great location for those needing an easier commute!
