✅ **Tenant Requirements (Strictly Enforced)**
· Credit Score ≥ 620 (International credit conversion via Nova Credit is accepted).
· Monthly Income ≥ 3x the monthly rent (Students require a parental/guardian guarantor).
· Must provide Passport + I-20 / OPT / H1B documentation (Priority given to students or working professionals).
· Renter's Insurance is mandatory (Additional pet insurance is required if you have a pet).
· Strictly No Smoking, No Subletting, and No Unauthorized Additional Roommates.
· Section 8 Housing Vouchers are not accepted.
**Pet Policy**
· Weight Limit: Under 40 lbs.
· Pet Deposit: $50 (one-time fee) | Monthly Pet Rent: $35 (for cats).
**Common Area Rules**
