Close to Medford hospitals, shopping, and parks! With windows wrapping around the corner of the open living/dining/kitchen space there is an abundance of great natural light throughout the apartment. Gorgeous city and mountain views. One bed/one bath, 850 sq. ft., second story loft with designated parking, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry complete this home away from home. SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our guest. If vacant we're happy to do in-person tours. Costs: $300 utility fee covers all utilities plus Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping.
