Large windows on two sides, incredible hardwood floors, one reserved off street parking spot, additional open street parking available on a first come basis. In unit washer/dryer. Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There is a one-time $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed. SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
