Since we take great care of our homes, and we do semi-annual inspections, MERV filter changes, battery checks, plumbing leak checks, etc...it's very rare that we hear from a resident more than 1-2x per year! Most of our residents stay with us for many years and enjoy their property a ton.

The application fee is $50 for each adult over 18 yrs old in the household.
