Submit most recent 30 days of paystubs
No felonies
No bankruptcies in the last 5 years
Minimum credit score of 600 (all sources considered)
No previous evictions Have positive rental references
Must currently maintain a clean residence
Ability to pay rent online with a bank account or credit card (Cash/Money order/ checks are not accepted)
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application
