Accepted application 7/7/22. Bilevel home situated on a level lot with hardwood floors throughout. There is an additional kitchen on the bottom level with endless space for a large family or storage and a two-car detached garage. The landlord requires a credit score of 700+ with a full credit report presented and an application, a copy of the driver's license/id card from all adults, proof of income/three most recent pay stubs, and a landlord/current employer reference letter must be submitted for review and potential approval. The landlord is also requesting proof of funds, assuring the tenant has the necessary reserves to continue paying rent if a job loss or other emergencies occur. Pets are OK but require pictures, and the pet will need to be present at the initial meeting with the landlord and tenant to display that it is friendly and well-behaved. In addition, the first month's rent, security (equivalent to the first month's rent), and real estate fee (equivalent to the first month's rent) are due at lease signing. Tenants pay all utilities and yard maintenance.
