The HOA provides Lawn Mowing, Lawn Sprinklers and Lawn Watering, as well as Snow Removal and Garbage pick-up for all residents. Tenant(s) pay monthly HOA dues of $100.

* No Felony criminal history; no convictions for assault (misdemeanor or felony)
* Not on the Sex Offender Registry
