Please note, this is a non-student rental. Enter inside to find a sprawling living room perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Beyond that is the spacious kitchen area, featuring ample cabinet space and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom is located on the main level next to the bathroom, which boasts updated vanity, lighting, and tile. Upstairs you can find two additional cozy rooms that would be suitable for either bedrooms, a game room, or office space. There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, as well as additional storage. The shed is not available for tenant use Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electricity, internet, and trash removal are tenant responsibility. Water is provided by a shared well, and sewer and yard care are included. Heat is electric baseboard and propane monitor, no AC. One small dog is negotiable with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for any approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
