I believe the rents are too high for the area. I understand that new residents are renting less than those of us that have been here. It isn’t fair. I’m basically like it here but don’t know if I can continue after my lease is up. Your maintenance personnel is the best. Your lawn company not so good! Landscaping behind my rental is not so great to look at. Also what is happening with the so called pond?
