Property DescriptionCome see this spacious 3-bedroom home with a large bonus room in the quiet Brookstone subdivision! With generously sized bedrooms throughout and a versatile bonus room, this home offers plenty of space for comfortable living, working from home, hobbies, or entertaining. Step inside to an incredibly large living room featuring a gas fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax or gather with family and friends. (Tenant will be responsible for installing a gas tank if they wish to use the fireplace.) The primary bedroom offers plenty of room to spread out, with built-in shelving, ample closet space, and a large primary bathroom featuring a double vanity. The additional bedrooms are also a great size, providing plenty of space for bedrooms, guests, or personal use. The bonus room adds even more flexibility and could easily serve as a home office, playroom, media room, workout space, or whatever best fits your needs. Outside, enjoy a large corner lot with multiple outbuildings and additional amenities, including a supplied goldfish pond in the backyard. The homeowner has arranged for a professional pond maintenance company to service the pond once a month. The maintenance company will access the pond through the backyard gate and will have no reason to enter the home. The tenant does not need to be home during scheduled maintenance visits, as the vendor will enter and exit through the gate. The tenant will be responsible for feeding the fish once weekly, with fish food provided by the pond maintenance company. Feeding the fish is a required responsibility of the tenancy, so applicants should be comfortable with this commitment before applying. If you are not willing or able to take on this weekly responsibility, this property may not be the right fit. If you're looking for a spacious home with generously sized bedrooms, a versatile bonus room, and plenty of outdoor space, this Brookstone property is worth a look!
