This is a private fully furnished bedroom in a house for rent. You will have your own private bathroom. I, the homeowner will be living here as well.

This beautiful house has two private fully furnished bedrooms available for rent. I’m seeking 2 different roommates to fill both of these private bedrooms I have. The rest of the house will be shared.

One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second one has a full-sized bed; both have TVs, closets, and ceiling fans. The bathroom with a combined shower and tub to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs as well to use.

The light-filled living room is luxuriously appointed with a comfortable L couch, a big chair, an excellent carpet, and a TV in front of a relaxing fireplace. Access to a back deck equipped with a grill, a fire pit, and a sitting area will make this a place you never want to leave!

You'll be pleased with the functional kitchen with ample countertop space, built-in cabinets, electric stove, and microwave, fully equipped to prepare quality meals with an Island.
