You will have access to the whole house along with the amenities. The light-filled living room is luxuriously appointed with a comfortable L couch, a big swivel chair, comfy shag carpet, and a TV in front to relax by the fireplace. Access to a back deck equipped with a grill, a fire pit, and a sitting area will make this a place you never want to leave. You’ll be pleased with the functional kitchen with ample countertop space, built-in cabinets, electric stove, and microwave, fully equipped to prepare quality meals with extra storage space.

It’s an Alexa Smart Home with a Smart thermostat and programmed with Alexa lights app, voice controlled by Alexa and on your phone. There’s ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort.
