Each tenant over the age of 18 yrs old, who will be a tenant, will need to complete a Rental Profile/Application - free through various rental sites such as Rent(dot)com, Apartments(dot)com, Realtors(dot)com, Zumper, etc. (via Avail) or, you can use Zillow's application process which is $35 by going to the Zillow listing and apply - you can use it for any other rentals on Zillow for 30 days.

Alternatively, a pre-screening phone call (asking similar questions as the rental profile/application) can suffice. The choice is yours. We prefer this be done before scheduling a viewing.

Tenant(s) must abide by Condominium Owner's Association (COA) rules and regulations a copy of which will be provided before signing of the lease.

Tenant(s) will need to go through a full credit and background check before signing a lease (either independently, through Avail, or Zillow). Any fees paid for application and credit/background check will be refunded if/when a lease is signed (please keep receipts).

The lease will be for a one-year duration with first and last month's rent of $1500 per month, along with a $1500 security deposit, due upon signing of the lease.
