The Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. * A nonrefundable 1 time administration paperwork fee of $100.00 to cover the time and costs of processing tenants, which includes verifying references and preparing the lease documents. * The tenants agree to pay a Security Deposit $2,400.00 to secure their housing and stop showings, and for any damages caused by the tenants. * The Tenants agree to pay a monthly rent $2,400.00 for the space they live in. *The monthly RPU storm $13.55 is paid to the management company and not to RPU for the monthly stormwater. * The tenants agree to pay a mandatory 1% of the monthly rent of $24.00. We require a full background check, a credit score of 601+, income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and rental references. Renter's insurance is required.
