This also includes administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and processing data. * The Total monthly payment a tenant will agree to pay is $2,437.55 for this lease term. Pets are allowed with management and landlord's approval (2 pet limits), weight, and pet demeanor assessment. * A $500 nonrefundable cleaning fee; there is no monthly pet fee. * The tenant agrees to pay a $25.00 per pet per month mandatory fee if management/landlord and or building safety finds the pets have caused damage to the unit. Pictures of the unit will be taken before the animal is allowed on the property. Each adult age 18 and older must complete an application and pay the nonrefundable $50.00 application process fee.
