Accepting applications for January 2026 Move-In 12-month Lease * A nonrefundable 1 time administration paperwork fee of $100.00 to cover the time and costs of processing tenants, which includes verifying references and preparing the lease documents. * The tenants agree to pay a Security Deposit $2,400.00 to secure their housing and stop showings, and for any damages caused by the tenants. * The Tenants agree to pay a monthly rent $2,400.00 for the space they live in. *The monthly RPU storm $13.55 is paid to the management company and not to RPU for the monthly stormwater. * The tenants agree to pay a mandatory 1% of the monthly rent of $24.00. The fee compensates for time and effort management and or the landlord's and the resources that a company or landlord spends to process and tech service and requests. This also includes administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and processing data. * The Total monthly payment a tenant will agree to pay is $2,437.55 for this lease term. Pets are allowed with management and landlord's approval (2 pet limits), weight, and pet demeanor assessment. * A $500 nonrefundable cleaning fee; there is no monthly pet fee. * The tenant agrees to pay a $25.00 per pet per month mandatory fee if management/landlord and or building safety finds the pets have caused damage to the unit. Pictures of the unit will be taken before the animal is allowed on the property. Each adult age 18 and older must complete an application and pay the nonrefundable $50.00 application process fee. We require a full background check, a credit score of 601+, income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and rental references. Renter's insurance is required.
