Roach infested don’t home here, permanent roach stink, no amount of candles will take it away your house only smells nice when the candles are on, amenities always faulty, too noisy cars with extremely loud music wake you up for sleep and also if you work from home like me, you’re finished even with noise cancellation headset, the music from extremely loud cars won’t make you hear the person on the other end

What it’s like to live in Treepoint
Students and young professionals love Treepoint for its sweet spot between UTA campus and Dallas Cowboys stadium access. The neighborhood's apartment communities typically offer significantly better amenities than campus housing, with functional fitness centers and pools that don't close during finals week. Unlike areas closer to entertainment districts, you'll find streets quiet enough for actual studying when needed. Many buildings feature unexpected storage space perfect for sports equipment or tailgating gear. During semester breaks, you're just minutes from major highways for quick getaways without battling downtown traffic.
