Should a longer tenancy be desired, the property owner is willing to enter into a 12-month lease agreement starting September 1, 2027. The tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, and sewer. The owner pays up to $100 per quarter for water. Any overage will be the responsibility of the tenant. The owner also pays all condo association fees which handle lawn care and snow removal.
