Property DescriptionThis is a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse apartment at 56 Frederick Street, Unit 2, in Fall River's Maplewood neighborhood -- about 1,200 square feet on two levels in a renovated two-family. You enter off the back deck into a dining room, a granite kitchen with a stainless refrigerator, stove, and microwave, a large living room with pre-finished hardwood, two bedrooms, and the only bathroom (tub and shower, granite vanity). Upstairs are two more bedrooms with sloped ceilings, an open area, new carpet, and two deep closets in the hall. One flight of stairs reaches the upper bedrooms; laundry hookups are in the basement.
Rent is $2,400 per month. The landlord pays town water and the septic system. You pay electricity through National Grid at (800) 322-3223, fill the outdoor propane tank for heat and hot water, and arrange cable and internet. Heat is propane baseboard; summer cooling is a window air conditioner you supply. You bring the washer and dryer for the basement hookups. Parking is off-street, unassigned, and first come, first serve. The landlord will consider pets case by case, at the landlord's sole discretion.
