Overall rating
Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. We were miserable there. The staff operates like they’re in high school. The property management company themselves do not care about residents, they only see dollar signs $$. I knew the moment we were charged $200 for a first time “poo fee” for our dog, we would have problems there. They did things like go through our trash and mail. They’re insanely nosey about what their residents are doing and who is at your home. I had a family member come stay with me a couple of weeks from out of state and they proceeded to tell him and I that he had to sign onto the lease or they would pursue legal action. He hadn’t caused anyone problems and went to the gym every morning (which they didn’t like him using, even though he was my guest). Mika the manager would go yell at my teenager at the pool and tell him he needed to leave because he didn’t have a parent with him. He was of age and was not causing any trouble or being loud or even playing. We moved out and they sent a bill to collections saying I owed them over $5000, which is completely wrong. They are money hungry. They put on a show that they’re this great complex, unfortunately most that live there hate it. They police the place so badly. Do not move into this place. It was a true nightmare living here. The walls are paper thin and even with your upstairs neighbors walking softly, it still sounds like there’s an elephant running upstairs. If you want quiet and peaceful, this is NOT the place. There is always dogs barking and they never do anything about it.
Love it here!!
