It's a historically significant building, notable for its Colonial Revival architecture with domed pavilion entrance and ornate details. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It has been transformed into a wedding and event venue called "The Jefferson."

There is gated parking in the rear of the building, located on the corner of Buchanan St & Congress St. Each apartment is allotted 2 parking spots. Overflow parking is located in the open parking lot next to Ton's Restaurant. It can be found by putting 516 Jefferson St in the GPS.

You will be allotted 2 parking spots in the gated area for your vehicles. You will also have the entire apartment completely to yourself. There are some common areas - mainly the parking lot, stairs & hallway in between the apartment.

Other things to note
This property is upstairs in a historic building that requires climbing stairs. There is no elevator available for this building.

2) Applicant must show proof of income, (i.e. Social Security Benefits letter, last 6 paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Child support is not considered.) Income needs to meet or exceed 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent.

Management reserves the right to verify references and review publicly available information as part of the applicant screening process.
