The space

On the first level, there is a living room with a comfy futon that converts into a double bed. The dining room has a gorgeous table that seats six and a flat screen television and is open to the large kitchen, which has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and three bar stools.

The second floor has the master suite with a pillow top King bed, flat screen television, and a large bathroom. The guest bedroom has a pillow top Queen bed and a flat screen television. A second full bathroom and washer/dryer are on this level.

The third level has an office and a queen size blow-up air mattress with bedding.

There is a lovely private backyard on the first level with patio furniture, a fountain and lush gardens. The balcony off of the master suite on the second level has patio furniture, and there is an amazing rooftop deck on the third level that has a wicker patio set with a beautiful view of Cincinnati.

There are also two parking spots in the rear of the garage for your use.
