An option is to rent 940 Rose St with an almost identical unit at 930 Rose St next door (also 3 bed, 1 bath, 900 square foot, $2250/month). You and your friends could rent 930 and 940 Rose St, and you'd have 6 total bedrooms. The houses share a parking lot and backyard and are about 20 feet apart. It'd be a great setup for a larger group of close friends. Or you can simply rent one of the two houses. These are the closest houses to the trail entrance to Happy Hollow Park. They border the trail, it starts about 50 feet from the front door. It is great for nature walks/running, walking your dog, and features a huge grassy area in the main part of the park. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
