• Screening: A background check of all adults with intention to live in the property.
• Section 8 accepted: We accept Section 8 voucher; however, the voucher’s holder must pass the minimum credit score criteria (No Exceptions) and a background will be run for all adults who will live in the property.
Animal’s Information:
We Love our Animals, and they are considered part of our families. They are welcome to our properties; however next rules apply:
• Animal’s Vaccination Records required with your application.
• Medium Animals Only (35 Pounds max).
• Max of two (02) Animals.
• Animal’s Deposit: $500 Pet’s Deposit required per pet ($250 Non-refundable and $250 refundable at the end of the lease).
• Animal’s Rent: $50 per pet as monthly pet rent is required.
