Utility bill is insanely high. The amount of random charges they throw at you is insane. I can't even get a parking spot when I come home, and anytime you request maintenence, prepare to wait over 2 weeks to get something fixed.

The apartments are okay but need updating. Waiting now 5 weeks for maintenance to fix a number of things in the apartment. Space is nice in the apartment but very little storage space. Ice
