Parking Fee: $20/Per Unit/ Month Reserved Parking Available for $35/ Parking Space. Surface lot, 1 space/unit, assigned: $25/month. Each apartment home is allocated one reserved parking spot at a monthly charge of $25. The number of vehicles per household is limited to a maximum of two cars. Additional parking for secondary vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
