Verified residentReview source: verified residentSo everything was great initially, except once you move in no one will respond to your calls or emails. They're extremely responsive when they're trying to get you to move in, they just don't care afterwards. Also, don't let them convince you that your trash is picked up each night (except weekends), because it isn't. Trash cans that are full will still be sitting in the hallway the next morning.

The grounds are kept clean, the apartments are kept clean, and the property management team as a whole makes everyone feel welcome and safe. Unfortunately, like many places there can be problems with missing packages but that as a whole is a problem everywhere whether it be a stand-alone home or apartment complex that’s an ongoing problem.
