Renters love it here
From maintenance to the apartment, I have no complaints about the community. The grounds are kept clean, the apartments are kept clean, and the property management team as a whole makes everyone feel welcome and safe. Unfortunately, like many places there can be problems with missing packages but that as a whole is a problem everywhere whether it be a stand-alone home or apartment complex that’s an ongoing problem.
The thing that is upsetting it me is that the only fountains that work are on each side of the office. Those are perfect. The pond at 1275 is very unattractive it is losing water and green grossness that is not healthy floats on the water. Nothing is being done about this.
