Inside, you'll find an open living and dining room that flow into the kitchen that comes with all appliances - including dishwasher and built-in microwave. Down the hall you'll find not only the bedrooms and bathroom, but a coat closet and a large laundry/mud room. NO smoking; NO pet cats/dogs/ferrets/rabbits. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Tenants pay gas, water, and electric. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check references, credit, background. All adults who would reside in the home MUST apply.
