Property DescriptionThe vaulted wood-beam ceilings a feature exclusive to fourth-floor residences immediately set B401 apart. They create a sense of openness and volume that lower-floor units simply cant match, filling the home with more light, more air, and that relaxed Kauai feeling. And in B401, they come with an especially impressive view.
From the unit, enjoy a wide ocean vista stretching across the horizon, along with a view of one of only 28 Exceptional Trees officially designated by the County of Kauai right outside your window.
B401 has also been thoughtfully refreshed and is truly move-in ready. Recent improvements include brand-new LifeProof flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, an updated kitchen with a new stainless-steel refrigerator and range, and a new front-loading LG washer and dryer system currently on order.
