The staff is great, they always find the way to help and give an answer to any concern. They are very kind.
In addition to the parking issues… I don’t like that maintenance does not communicate when they come to fix something. A simple note or message in the resident portal that says when they came, what they fixed or what the way forward to fix the item would be much appreciated. Every time maintenance has come to our apartment the only way I know they came is because I see them on the cameras. The tvs in the game room do not work. The one by the pool table doesn’t change channels and I don’t think the other one even turns on. The electric grills suck. Gas would be much better so I hope that the new company follows thru with that. More shaded areas in the pool area would be nice. Simple table with umbrella stands would be great. I would appreciate more enforcement of the gym rules. Families come in and let their kids run around and then do not put equipment away. Not only is it disrespectful but it is also a safety problem. The gym equipment is also falling apart. Our stainless steel appliances are rusting. The water smells like poop when you first turn it on in both bathrooms. Maintenance told us it was because the pipes were old but this property is new so that doesn’t make sense either. The package room is a disaster area. Boxes stacked higher than you can see. Delivery drivers are not following posted signs that instruct them to deliver packages to the apartment door that do not fit in a locker. I would like to be able to have a recycling receptacle on the property. The community events are nice so good job there. Solid 3/5 overall in my opinion.
