Approved applicants must make 2.5x the rent price in average monthly income. Minimum credit score is 450. If your score falls between 450 and 525, a double deposit will be required. Residents with a felony or any violent or aggravated misdemeanor will not be accepted.
Residents with an eviction or bankruptcy within the last 5 years will not be accepted. Residents with a car repossession within the last 3 years will not be accepted. A reference from a previous landlord is required. References from friends or family members will not be accepted. We review any rental-related debts in collections.

A double deposit may also be required for applicants with no rental or credit history.
Co-signers must make 5x the monthly rent amount.

$70 application fee per applicant (non-refundable). If approved, deposits must be paid promptly and will hold the property for a maximum of 7 days.
