Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor unit has views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beachside Villas #1233 sleeps 8 and is tucked away in building 12. The Beachside Villas complex has a community pool, (1 heated seasonally,) two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, community gazebo, as well as a community grilling area. The complex is situated between two large rare dune lakes, and is steps away from the boardwalk to the private Sugar Dunes Beach Access. One of the two pools is located right next to our building as well as a stationary charcoal grill.

Seating for dining includes bar height table with 5 chairs with 2 additional bar stools at kitchen bar.

Laundry room offers Whirlpool Gold Series full size stack washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

This condo offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom located at the front of condo with gulf views and sliding glass doors that open to large private balcony. Both bathrooms have 36 inch tall vanities complete with superior faucets, mirrors, lighting and nice sliding glass shower doors.

Surf the Web using free Wi Fi and don't forget to bring your Netflix code and relax on the queen size sleeper/sofa to enjoy movies on the 50 inch LED HD Samsung Smart TV in living room.

The master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed and 24 inch LED HD Vizio Smart TV as well as recessed reading lights on both sides of bed with dimmer switches. Large dresser and mirror and custom closet organizer, all for your convenience. Two additional bedrooms boasts queen size beds with matching dressers, mirrors and nightstands.

Beachside Villas has a Private Beach area west of the complex. May-July 31, for your convenience, Beachside Villas has a Golf Cart tram to help transport guests and beach gear to the private beach.
