A Minimum of 50% of rental costs is due at time of booking. The balance, cleaning fees, and 7% sales tax are due 45-days prior to occupancy. In case of early departure, refund of remaining rent deposit/rent will not be released until the owner is able to secure a replacement tenant is secured at the same rental rate, if not able, a 30% fee is incurred. The cleaning fee is $200.00 and a thorough cleaning is accomplished at check out. Cleaning fee for weekly rentals are $50 per week. Landscaping and pest control duties are paid by the owner. Guest passes and resident passes (depending on length of rental) can be arranged at time of booking.
