Additional Features include in unit laundry, golf cart garage on back side of unit and one carport space with additional parking. This is a lovely walking community and is close to shopping and just minutes away from I-75 or downtown Fort Myers.
We offer personal service that tenants can rely on. Our local Fort Myers office is always here to help. As a full service real estate company, your dreams are our mission! Owner approved pets are allowed at most of our properties and require a one time $250 per pet fee. Our online application process is easy and only $75/adult. We consider credit, criminal and eviction history on a case by case basis. Once approved tenants are required to pay a $150 lease fee. Combined monthly income should be between 2.5 - 3x the monthly rent. First, Last and Security is typically required for move-in. In some cases, last months rent may be waived (ask us how!)
