Owner provides groundskeeping, trash removal, and water. Tenants are responsible for electric, heat, and cable. Heat is electric baseboard. Window A/C units are permitted but not provided.
We are pet friendly, however all pets are subject for approval and additional fees:
Pet Deposit: $500 (refundable)
Pet Rent(each): $15 Cat, $30 Dog
Applicants are subject to background/credit check approval.
Tenant Requirements:
○ Minimum credit score of 640 and a background check are required. Alternatively, a co-signer is accepted.
○ Gross household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. A co-signer is also accepted if income requirements are not met.
○ No prior Evictions
○ Must show proof of renters insurance
