*Security Deposit(s) - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group is happy to offer several move in payment options. You will have two options to secure your home 1) tenant will pay a Traditional Security Deposit payable upon application approval. Security Deposits start at an amount equal to 1 month rent & could be up to 2 months the rental amount depending on credit or 2) tenant will purchase a Lease Rental Bond through Topa Insurance/Lighthouse Company, bonds are equal to 2 months the rental amount. **Topa Insurance is not offered for Tenant Placement Only Properties.
