The open floor plan features hardwood floors and open beamed ceilings
Kitchen amenities include stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms are equal in size.
The bath features a shower over tub.
A washer and dryer are located in the laundry area adjacent to the kitchen. These are offered without warranty.
Off street parking in available in assigned carport. A small storage area is located at the front of the carport.
One cat will be considered. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
