My unit doesn't have what they advertise, no hardwood floors and the kitchen is not updated the refrigerator is falling apart very old and the cabinets are not in good shape as well as the counters have lots of damage. The bathroom sinks are very old and crack. No assigned parking which is difficult to find a parking close by. Management is kind and friendly, and the complexes is well kept. Its gated but the gobs don't work for the pedestrians gates.
Management was great and always answered my questions. Very friendly when i would go into the office. If i had an issue they were professional about resolving it. Maintenance was great and always took care of my tickets in a timely manner. The property was nice and the apartment was great. I didn’t have any issues with noise, packages being stolen, or rude neighbors
