If you are self-employed or own your own business we require your two most recent tax returns. If you receive retirement income, social security, disability, etc, we require a benefit verification letter detailing the terms and amounts received. If you are starting a new position and do not yet have 3 months of pay stubs, we require an offer letter from your employer that states your salary/income and terms of employment.
